Kinetix 247 Ltd provides co-ordinated support through our team of experienced and customer-focussed technical staff, together with our extended team of system administrators and management staff. Our team aims to provide regular and effective on-site desktop support, and to develop strong relationships with our clients' staff to ensure they receive the best possible advice. Our technical officers not only attend to user-reported issues but "walk the floor" to talk to users and ascertain the general running of systems and hardware. In this way we make it possible to respond to potential issues proactively, so as to minimise disruption later. We use industry standard helpdesk software which enables us to record and track client issues, which allows the entire Kinetix 247 team to discuss solutions and in this way to capitalise on our wealth of experience. It also allows clients to login and review their call status and update calls should they wish. |
